高级软件开发工程师职位描述：


要求：
1、 重点大学本科以上学历，硕士优先，计算机等相关专业，拥有扎实的计算机理论知识，具有跨平台软件开发经验，对操
作系统基本设计原理以及实现、数据结构等有深刻的认识
2、5年以上的软件开发工作经验，作为技术骨干参加过一个以上的大型嵌入式软件或PC软件开发项目，有领导小型团队完成项目的成功经验，具有很强的独立工作能力。
3、 有很强的软件设计能力和经验：精通软件工程/软件方法学和项目管理，精通面向对象分析设计方法，熟悉常见的设计模式，能够根据需求进行面向对象的分析设计。
4、 在以下软件技术领域中，至少有一个领域专长：底层驱动、操作系统、GUI系统、网络通讯等；
5、工作责任心强，积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协作、管理团队的能力；可承受较大的工作压力
