项目经理－Siebel职位描述：


Responsibilities:
--Manage Siebel Projects
--Responsible for people management, resource management & supporting the management for managing the UT of the team
--Responsible for training & skills ramp up for the team in Shanghai
--Responsible for maintaining high quality & on time deliverables for all projects
--Responsible for controlling attrition in the team & keeping the team stable
Requirements:
--Master in computer science or related disciplines
--Should have at least 8 years working experience
--Minimum of 2 year Siebel development experience using Siebel tools
--Should have experience in Project management & PM tools & methodologies
--Should have experience of managing people
--Should have experience of managing offshore projects & should be familiar with onsite/offshore model of delivering projects
--Should have good English speaking capabilities
