Database Administrator/DBA 数据库管理员职位要求：
Qualifications:
*At least 5 year experience of mainstream database administration of both development and production databases, including but not limited to Oracle, DB2, MS SQLServer
*Ability to manage enterprise-level multi-application / multi-database systems
*Strong data modeling skills, especially on high-volume multi-tier systems
*Ability to design and manage relational database constraints for data integrity, such as: referential integrity, triggers, stored procedures and etc.
*Ability to manage performance tuning, sizing, database replication, clustering,etc.
*Programming skills (J2EE/.Net, etc) and certificates (OCP, etc) are a plus, but not a prerequisite
*Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
