Variants Management Supervisor职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
-Manage sales packing controller team ( VM-variants management team) which is responsible for customer sales package code (variants) readiness in factory, customer requirements implementation in production.
-Manage document controller team (DC) which is responsible for product document management, including BOM, ECN..., the team also responsible for SAP and some other product management system maintenance.
-Support factory product team with product management and customer requirement implementation in factory.
-Coordinate with global project ( VM or DC related) execution in factory.
-VM (Variants management or sales package management) and DC ( Product document control) process setup and review.
-Team performance review and reporting.
-Report to Product Management Manager.
Basic Requirements:
- B.S Degree or above.
- At least 1~2 years product management or document management related experience.
- Project management experiences in electronics or IT industry is preferred.
- Independent and well organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills, with people management experience.
- Good command of English, both in writing and speaking
