IT 主管IT Leader职位描述：


Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Lead IT project initiatives for GEHC-Clinical systems manufacturing operations at Wuxi.

Develop effective working relationships within Global IT, business P&L teams at Wuxi. Partner with operations teams to gather requirements and obtain user acceptance.
Organize to test system and train user groups on new system functionality and processes. Manage and coach software deployment teams both onsite and offshore; to understand requirements and help translate into technical specifications.

Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of solutions for business processes. Support, advise, assist and resolve problems with client leaders. Prepare, present and review project plans, status reports cost/benefit studies, FMEA and recommend resources. Ensure conformance to and participate in design of system architecture, methods, standards and practices. Keep up to date with emerging technologies introduced in the organization and promote their use.

The ideal candidate has good project management experience and qualifications. Should be able to energize and actively manage the project team(s); know how to mitigate risk factors and have a proven track record of effectively executing on projects.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Comp Science, Enegineering or a related technical field
·5+ years working on technology projects and business process design
·Ability to work with cross-functional and technical teams
·Ability to build and maintain a high level of customer service, trust and confidence
·Strong presentation skills
·Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including translating business requirements to design specs, testing, release management and production support
·Problem solving skills and ability to identify root cause and design process solutions
·Fluency in both Chinese and English

Desirable:
·Six sigma green belt certified
