1. College degree or above,major in power related will be a plus.
2. Over 6 years working experience of project management and over 1 year Engineering, Purchasing, Construction practical experience in electric power related industry will be preferred.
3. Over 2 years overseas project operation experience with knowledge of environmental industry will be a must.
