Greater China Partner Delivery Manager
Location: Beijing
Responsibility:
Reports To General Manager, Services, Greater China
Manages the efficient and productive deployment of regional PDC teams
with up to 100+ staff who are located in Beijing, Shanghai,
Guangzhou, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Overall responsibility for managing all Partner Delivery Centers (PDC) to provide scalable, quality and cost efficient implementation delivery capability and capacity to support the Greater China Client Solutions project delivery and support needs as part of the Unified Services Delivery model for Greater China.
Carries the requirement to work effectively across the senior levels of the company’s Sales, Client Solutions Organization , Services and PDC partner organizations within Greater China and other business units/divisions and lines of business to shape and implement the PDC delivery and support model.
Responsible for business planning, partner recruitment, development and management, commercial negotiations and the implementation of delivery processes, methodology and management controls to deliver the planned service capacity to achieve revenue, cost, quality and customer satisfaction objectives.
