LAN/WAN Supervisor职位描述：


Technical:
Experienced person (min 10 years) in Local Area Networks, WAN, Servers and system administration in the"office world"(MS, email, Internet etc..);
Focus on accurate/fast backup/recovery processes within the PC/LAN office world;
Followup on new technologies regarding telecom,office applications hardware and software (market/trends);
Stay compliant with global standards and procedures re telecom/office sw/hwservers;
Responsible for the continuity of the local servers and network;
Houses all the technical competences (expert) within the LAN/WAN and telecom area, to ensure the most cost/effective development/deployment of office applications within the different locations;
Focus continuously on the security matters of our office and telecom applications and apply changes when needed;
Monitor for the telecom lines/office servers related to performance and apply improvements when needed.
Managerial:
Project Management concerning implementation of new office tools/services/telecom equipment;
Responsible/managing the LAN/WAN Infrastructure team in Greater China;
Coordination implementation projects for new acquired companies;
Resource planning;
Provide the adequate pc/office application & telecom support for the business;
Provide high availability for office applications systems (24/24 – 7/7);
Stay in line with Opex and Capex limitations;
Working very close with DCI/Europe re Infrastructure strategies/policies/deployment;
Reports to the IT/Infrastructure manager Greater China;
Working very close together with the BA group of Greater China and Europe.
Human Relation Skills:
Built and maintain a confident and reliable relationship with XX employees in all departments at all levels;
External relationships with IS/IT suppliers;
Followup and manage consultants.
