Responsibilities                                                         
*Using 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive process improvements
*Leverage technology through Digitization initiatives
*Best practice sharing & implementation *Mentor Six Sigma quality projects. Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
*Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance. Ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations.
*Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data.
*Demonstrate proficiency in Process Excellence/Six Sigma methodologies and tools (where appropriate), and perform and interpret extensive analysis.
*Drive Big Ticket Projects
Skills(Minimum)
*Experience (Minmum) : 5 years
*Language - English Chinese or Japanese
*Can handle multiple projects at same time (must)
*Good presentation skills (must)
*Analytical Skills / Change Leadership / Influencing Skills (must)
*Good communication skills, drive to lead initiatives, Influencing skills (must)
*Prior Quality / Strong Ops Background where he may have driven quality  Skills (Desired)

Responsibilities:

*Provide full range HR generalist support for a diverse client group
*Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding employee relation issues.
*Lead significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design.
*Investigate employee concerns, conduct internal audits, and implement appropriate resolution steps. 
*Recommend and lead improvements to HR programs and policies.
*Partner with managers to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
*Strong analytical skills required to support various reporting needs including headcount and various HR metrics.
*Actively participate in various business and HR team initiatives.
