1 To fully understand the business requirements and scope of work by the assigned functional area
2 To ensure current business processes are effectively supported by SAP
3 To ensure the functional requirements are configured with opportunity for future enhancement
4 To provide SAP training for end users
5. Testing new function and process in SAP system
6. Trouble shooting for end users.
7. Maintain end user ID and authorization
8.To have a very good working knowledge and a general understanding of SAP systems
9. To be able to work closely with Corporate Fusion Team for future enhancement
10.To be able to lead, coach, train and motivate end users to ensure the successful launch and usage of SAP system
