Description
Responsibility:
- Build team and deliver application testing service to HP customer globally
- Build and maintain HP testing factory infrastructure at Chongqing Site
- Manage service level agreement with client and testing factory process
- Manage department budget and expense
- Act as site coordinator and hosting manager for all teams in Chongqing on behalf of DU

Qualifications
- Experience of software engineering / system integration -- 8-10 years
- Experience of project management, PMP preferred
- Experience of people/department management -- 3-5 years
- Experience in quality assurance and testing
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Experiences in consulting firm, local tier-1 SIs, or R&D centers
