IT Manager职位描述：
工作职责
-Lead & organize company IT development plan and project, Work closely with Corporate/Division/Regional IT/BT team
to review and update IT infrastructure/System to ensure company business to be supported & promoted by IT activity.
-Implement and upgrade company commercial system such as existing Platinum system and other new systems to be applied in
future to ensure the system is fully applied in all areas in company.
-Assist Division CIM team on the new project implementation, and maintain all company CIM equipments & production system to
ensure operation uninterrupted running.
-Ensure the safe, legality, security & confidentiality of company information, e.g effectiveness & safety of backup file, maintenance
anti-virus system, review and approval application for IT or system accessibility.
-Lead the development of other supplement programs to satisfy diversified IT needs from internal & external customers, and provide
professional IT solutions to related business requirements.
-Provide shared leadership with management team and IT in the implementation of new technologies to support company business and
satisfy customer.
-Maintenance, renewal & upgrade of company network (include email, internet etc..) to ensure it is be safe and reliable.
-Manage company IT asset, standardize company IT hardware and software by Corporate standard, select and valuate supplier, drive cost
effective in all of IT activities.
-Plan, monitor and control capital and expense spending on IT.
-Implement Corporate IT policies and procedures in company such as network & system policy, IT information security policy etc, ensure
our IT system is aligned with Corporate strategy.
-Lead the routine work in IT department.
-Provide on-job training to subordinator and develop the team.
职位要求：
-University graduated or above majoring in computer technology with a minimum 6 years successful experience in IT area of manufacturing company.
-At least 2 years management experience in multinational company.
-Strong ERP implementation background, familiar with Platinum/SunSystem/Axapta is preferable.
-Fluent in both English and Chinese mandarin.
-Good communication skill and inter-personal skills.
-Self-motivated and ability to under pressure.
